Arrival instructions

Self check-in from 15:00. The lockbox is to the right of the front door; the code is 4-8-2-6. Take the keys and push the box shut so the next guest finds it locked. Parking is the second bay marked Villa 2.

Before you leave

Check-out is 11:00. Leave the keys in the lockbox and set the code back to 4-8-2-6. No need to strip the beds or run the dishwasher — we have it covered.

House rules

  • No smoking indoors

    The terrace is absolutely fine.

  • Quiet hours 22:00 – 08:00

    The neighbours are close by.

  • No parties or events

  • Pets are welcome

    Just let us know in advance.

  • Terrace furniture stays on the terrace

    Please do not move it indoors or down to the pool.

House guides

Air conditioning

The white remote on the living-room shelf controls all three units. Press MODE until the snowflake shows, then set 22–24°C.

Please switch it off when you go out — the doors have sensors and the unit will cut out anyway.

Pool

Open 08:00–22:00.

Pool towels are the striped ones in the hallway cupboard — please leave the white bathroom towels indoors. Children must be supervised; there is no lifeguard.

Rubbish & recycling

Bins are at the end of the drive: grey for general waste, yellow for plastic, green for glass.

Collection is Tuesday and Friday mornings.

Casa del Faro

Family-run, right on the water. Ask for the grilled catch of the day. Worth booking ahead at weekends.

Coffee & Cafés

Bruno & Sons

The best coffee within walking distance. Opens at 07:30, closed Mondays.

Things To Do

Cala Bonita

Ten minutes on foot down the coastal path. Quieter than the main beach, but no facilities — bring water.

Groceries & Essentials

Mercado Central

Fresh produce and a good deli counter. Closes at 14:00 on Sundays.

Bars & Nightlife

Terraza Luna

Rooftop bar three streets up, open until 01:00. Go for sunset, stay for the terrace.
